My second last trial, Schuetze v. Pyper, resulted in an award of over $795,000 against a husband who one morning in 2018 assaulted his wife multiple times. As a result, Ms. Schuetze suffered a concussion, post traumatic stress disorder, depression and multiple bruises on her chest, back and legs. She was unable to work for 8 months, and then upon her return she was limited to 12 hours per week.
