ABOUT AMY
Amy de Souza joined my firm as a paralegal practicum student. She has completed her practicum and is now a paralegal. She provides a very important supportive role by assisting with drafting pleadings, preparing documents for court applications and trial, gathering and analyzing evidence, preparing quantum of damages assessments, conducting legal research and communicating directly with clients.
Outside of work, Amy loves the thrill of the simple moments in life. During the winter she enjoys watching movies or reading a good book while eating delicious food. When those sunny, bluebird winter days come around, she can be found snowshoeing or snowboarding on one of Vancouver’s local mountains. In the summer, whether it is hiking, swimming, camping, or playing soccer, she is frequently out enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Education:
B.A. from UBC with a major in political science and a minor in philosophy, 2020 and has completed the paralegal diploma program at Capilano University.
